BOSTON— Marcelino’s Seaport has reopened its outdoor patio for the season, adding expanded waterfront seating and a new cocktail program at its location along Boston Harbor.
The patio, designed as a covered open-air dining space, can accommodate up to 180 guests and includes an outdoor bar and a DJ booth. The restaurant is one of a smaller group of independently owned establishments operating in the Seaport District.
Alongside the seasonal reopening, Marcelino’s has introduced an updated cocktail menu influenced by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. According to the business, the program draws on regional ingredients and traditions while incorporating contemporary elements.
The restaurant’s location offers views of both the harbor and the Boston skyline, and management says the patio is intended to support a range of uses, including casual dining, group events and bar service.
The reopening comes as Boston prepares for a number of major events this year, including Sail Boston 2026, matches connected to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and Independence Day celebrations tied to the broader America 250.
Marcelino’s has previously received local recognition for its bar program, including awards from Boston-based publications. The patio reopening marks the start of its peak operating season as waterfront venues across the city increase capacity for the summer months.
