NEEDHAM, Mass. — Kriss Law/Atlantic Closing & Escrow (KL/ACE), a national, attorney-driven settlement services firm, has added real estate attorney Nicole Torres, Esq. as a partner, further strengthening the firm’s presence across Massachusetts.
Torres joins KL/ACE after most recently serving as a partner and managing attorney at a Massachusetts real estate and settlement services practice. Since becoming a member of the Massachusetts bar in 2015, she has developed an established client base among real estate brokers, agents, buyers, sellers and lending partners throughout Greater Boston and communities across the Commonwealth.
At KL/ACE, Torres will lead her own team while working alongside the firm’s existing Massachusetts attorneys and staff.
Her addition comes as KL/ACE continues to expand its network and deepen its presence in the region.

Building on a Massachusetts Client Base
A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Torres has represented buyers, sellers and lending partners in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Massachusetts.
Her relationships with real estate professionals across the state will be a central part of her role at KL/ACE, where she will continue working with existing clients while building out a dedicated team.
Torres said KL/ACE’s combination of local responsiveness and broader infrastructure was a key factor in her decision to join the firm.

Continued Regional Growth
Torres’ arrival is part of a broader period of growth for KL/ACE.
The firm has recently expanded its network with the addition of DaMore Law and Green Mountain Lawyers in Vermont, as well as Pino Law Offices in the Greater Boston area.
The additions reflect KL/ACE’s strategy of combining its settlement-services platform with experienced local attorneys and established client relationships.
For Massachusetts, Torres’ appointment adds another experienced real estate attorney to the firm’s existing footprint while giving her the resources to expand her practice and team.
