MIAMI — CP Group, in partnership with DRA Advisors, has announced more than 80,000 square feet of leasing activity at the iconic Miami Tower since the start of 2025.
The milestone includes a wave of new leases, renewals, and expansions, further cementing the 47-story Class A office skyscraper as a premier destination for top-tier firms in Downtown Miami.
Leading the roster of new tenants is Littler Mendelson P.C., the world’s largest labor and employment law firm, which has signed a lease to relocate to the tower later this year. Littler’s Office Managing Shareholder, Porpoise Evans, cited the building’s central location and incoming amenity upgrades as key drivers for the move. “The building’s reimagined spaces, such as the Sky Lobby, state-of-the-art conference center, and café offerings provide an ideal setting for our Miami operations,” Evans said.
Additional lease activity at Miami Tower includes:
-
Moderne, Inc., an automated code refactoring and analysis firm, signed for 2,945 square feet on the 35th floor.
-
Wilson Elser, a national litigation firm, expanded its footprint by 4,414 square feet, bringing its total to 11,855 square feet.
-
Ball Janik LLP, a law firm specializing in construction defect and insurance recovery, grew its presence from 4,603 square feet to 7,937 square feet.
-
BDO USA, one of the nation’s largest accounting and advisory firms, renewed its lease for 22,386 square feet.
-
Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A., a Miami-based business and real estate law firm, renewed 18,349 square feet.
-
Chartwell Law, a national workers’ compensation and business law firm, renewed 4,468 square feet.
-
Northwestern Mutual, a top investment services provider, renewed its lease for 4,411 square feet.
These deals follow CP Group’s major capital improvement campaign at Miami Tower, which is nearing completion. Upgrades include a reimagined arrival experience, a renovated Sky Lobby featuring a new café and barista stand, an expansive tenant lounge with collaborative workspaces, and a brand-new conference center. A floor of fully leased spec suites delivered last year will soon be joined by another 18,000 square feet of move-in-ready offices set to open by the end of Q3.
“These leasing agreements highlight the continued demand for amenitized, strategically located office buildings,” said John Osborne, Senior Vice President at CP Group. “With renovations nearly complete, we are achieving a key milestone in combining the tower’s timeless architecture with market-leading amenities that appeal to today’s tenants.”
Originally designed by legendary architect I.M. Pei, the 635,911-square-foot Miami Tower is known for its distinctive exterior, sky terraces, and iconic LED lighting. Its location in the heart of Downtown Miami offers unmatched connectivity, proximity to luxury hotels and dining, and direct access to Miami International Airport via the on-site Metrorail station.
With this wave of leasing momentum, CP Group reinforces Miami Tower’s status as a flagship address for professional firms in one of the country’s most dynamic urban markets.
