BEVERLY, Mass. – North Beverly Family Medicine just opened at 48 Dunham Ridge, leasing 3,070 square feet of custom-built medical space at the Beverly business and innovation campus.
An independent practice, North Beverly Family Medicine provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and accessible, relationship-based medicine. Owner Lisa MacVane, MD, a former firefighter and paramedic, is board-certified in family medicine and WPATH-certified as an LGBTQIA+ provider.
MacVane was introduced to Cummings Properties while working with residential broker John Grey of J Barrett to purchase a local home. Grey subsequently represented her in lease negotiations with Cummings.

According to Drohosky, MacVane was particularly drawn to Dunham Ridge’s accessibility and contemporary campus environment.
