CANTON, MA – Timberline Construction Corporation (Timberline) announced the completion of a 20,000 SF healthcare construction project for the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England at 18 Washington Street in Foxborough, MA. The full interior renovation transforms an existing two-story medical office building into a purpose-built outpatient care environment that doubles the Center’s clinical footprint, expands services and positions the growing practice for its next chapter.
The completed healthcare facility consolidates all of the Center’s services under one roof for the first time, giving patients a more seamless and connected care experience. The first floor houses a dedicated infusion center alongside physical therapy spaces, exam rooms and the office of founder and Medical Director Dr. Salvatore Napoli. The second floor expands clinical capacity with additional exam rooms and a dedicated research suite that supports ongoing studies and the Center’s commitment to advancing neurological care.
“The new space has completely changed what we’re able to offer our patients and how we operate. We have an environment that reflects the level of care we strive to deliver — one where every part of the space was designed with the patient in mind,” said Dr. Salvatore Napoli, Medical Director and Founder at the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England. “We can see more patients, provide more efficient care and continue research that makes a difference.”
The renovation also delivers meaningful operational improvements for the Center’s clinical and administrative teams. The new layout supports better staff coordination, enables services that were previously difficult to provide in a limited footprint and creates dedicated space for administrative functions. The second-floor research suite further enhances the Center’s ability to advance its work without interrupting day-to-day patient care. The work also included significant MEP coordination for a modern medical office building, sewer infrastructure improvements and a full roof replacement layered over the existing structure.
“This team was aligned around a shared goal from day one — creating an environment that supports patients and the care they receive. That alignment is what made the project a success.” said Ed Zielinski, Owner’s Project Manager.
The completion of this project is a testament to what a collaborative, aligned team can accomplish. Working closely with Dr. Napoli, Ed Zielinski and architect The Colwell Group from planning through construction, Timberline kept the patient at the center of every decision — delivering a healthcare facility that gives the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England the foundation it needs to grow, serve more patients and continue advancing neurological care in the region.
