BOSTON— The ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston is gearing up for its 11th Annual Networking Fundraiser on Wednesday, June 12, 2025, from 6:00–9:00 PM at Artists for Humanity.

The event aims to raise essential funds for the organization’s flagship after-school program, which connects high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

The event supports scholarships and operational costs for the free, mentor-led program that serves over 170 students from more than 35 high schools across Greater Boston. The program is powered by over 125 volunteer mentors from 50+ industry firms who guide students through hands-on, interdisciplinary design projects reflecting real-world challenges.

“Sponsoring ACE allows companies to directly connect with and support the next wave of talent entering our industries,” said Kristen Hurley, Executive Director of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston. “We are beyond thankful to have supporters in the space that provide access to the education and resources students need to succeed in meaningful careers.”

This year’s fundraiser builds on a milestone 2024–2025 program year, during which ACE Boston awarded $264,000 in scholarships to 27 graduating seniors at its annual Student Showcase in March.

The June 12 event will feature a sit-down dinner, live auction, raffle, and opportunities to network with industry leaders and hear firsthand from ACE students about their transformative experiences.

“At Gilbane, we believe in investing in the next generation of builders, engineers, and architects,” said Justin MacEachern, VP Business Leader at Gilbane Building Company and ACE Board Member. “Supporting the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston through scholarship funding allows us to help students take the next step toward fulfilling careers in the build industries. These students are the future of our workforce, and we’re proud to play a role in their success.”

Tickets and sponsorships for the event are still available. For more information or to get involved as a volunteer or student, visit the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston website.
