A.W. Perry Welcomes New York Life to Their South Shore Office in Rockland, MA

BOSTON – A.W. Perry announced that New York Life, a leading provider of retirement, insurance and investment services, has moved into their newly built-out, 6,318 square foot office space at 1050 Hingham Street, Rockland, MA.

This new home on the South Shore will meet New York Life’s growing customer base in this area. Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented A.W. Perry, and Nicole Tiger and Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) represented New York Life the lease transaction.
