Real estate and workplace executive joins firm as Vice President during period of rapid growth and strategic expansion
BOSTON — Redgate, a leading real estate advisory and investment firm, has appointed Sarah D. Brophy, NCIDQ, LEED, as Vice President of Corporate Services, adding another experienced industry leader as the firm continues its expansion across New England.
Brophy joins Redgate at a time of sustained growth as the company advances its long-term strategic plan and works toward its goal of doubling the size of its business by 2030. Her appointment marks the firm’s 12th senior hire in 2026 and further strengthens a growing team that is now more than 46 percent women.
In her new role, Brophy will report to Principal Alex Dubanowitz and play a key leadership role in expanding Redgate’s Corporate Services practice. She will advise clients on complex corporate real estate decisions, workplace strategy, tenant improvement projects, and capital investments while mentoring team members and helping drive business growth throughout the region.
“Sarah brings a powerful combination of strategic insight and execution expertise,” said Dubanowitz, who leads Redgate’s Corporate Services practice. “Her ability to advise clients at a high level while leading complex project delivery strengthens our platform and supports the continued growth of our Corporate Services business.”
Redgate’s Corporate Services group advises organizations across a wide range of industries, including financial services, law, media, technology, life sciences, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations, helping clients align their real estate portfolios with evolving business objectives.
Brophy brings more than two decades of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, and project delivery.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Interior Design at Pembroke, where she led strategic workplace initiatives for Fidelity and helped reposition underutilized office space across Pembroke’s domestic portfolio through amenity-driven design and value creation.
Prior to Pembroke, Brophy spent more than 10 years at IA Interior Architects as Principal and Design Director, overseeing workplace and real estate projects for major corporate clients including ASICS, GE Vernova, National Grid, Timberland, HubSpot, CarGurus, State Street, Sonos, and a confidential global online retailer.
Redgate leaders said Brophy’s experience aligns well with the firm’s collaborative culture and client-first approach.
“We’ve grown meaningfully over the past year, adding talent across the firm,” said Kyle Warwick, Principal at Redgate. “With every hire, we are intentional about bringing on individuals who embody our core values—Driven to Lead, Thrive on Connection, and Embrace Humility. Sarah reflects those values in both her leadership and approach to client work, making her a strong addition to our team. Just as important as our strategy, our culture is what enables us to deliver exceptional outcomes, and we’re proud of the team we’re building to support our continued growth.”
Brophy said she was drawn to Redgate’s integrated approach to real estate advisory services and its entrepreneurial culture.
“I’m excited to join Redgate at such an energizing time for the firm,” Brophy said. “Organizations today are rethinking how their workplaces support culture, collaboration, and business performance, creating tremendous opportunities to deliver meaningful value through real estate strategy. Redgate’s integrated approach, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to client service make it an exciting platform to help organizations navigate change and create environments where people and businesses can thrive.”
An NCIDQ-certified interior designer and LEED Accredited Professional, Brophy has received three CoreNet awards recognizing excellence in workplace project delivery. She holds a Master of Science in Interior Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art and Architecture from Middlebury College.
Her appointment reflects Redgate’s continued investment in expanding its advisory capabilities as organizations increasingly seek strategic guidance on workplace transformation, portfolio optimization, and evolving employee experience in a changing commercial real estate market.
