Commercial real estate firm will market 265,000-square-foot office and flex campus on behalf of KS Partners.
TEWKSBURY, Mass. — Hunneman has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for Highwood Office Park, a three-building office and flex-use campus in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on behalf of KS Partners.
The assignment expands the ongoing partnership between Hunneman and KS Partners, a privately held, vertically integrated real estate company that owns and manages more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate across the Northeast.
Located at 1, 2 and 3 Highwood Drive, Highwood Office Park includes more than 265,000 square feet of office and flex space, with available suites ranging from approximately 4,000 to 67,000 square feet. The campus has undergone significant renovations in recent years and features updated amenities, flexible floor plans and workspace options designed to accommodate a variety of tenants.
