LEOMINSTER, Mass.— A newly constructed retail plaza in Leominster anchored by Starbucks has been sold for approximately $5.2 million, according to reporting by the Worcester Business Journal.
The three-tenant property at 10-16 Jungle Road was purchased by Princeton-based 10 Jungle LLC in a transaction that closed on June 4, according to Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds records cited by the Worcester Business Journal. The purchasing entity is managed by Daniel Hollis.
The seller was Leominster Retail Management, an affiliate of Michigan-based Mid-America Real Estate. According to the report, Mid-America acquired the property in 2023 for $800,000 before developing the retail center.
The plaza is occupied by Starbucks, The UPS Store and IC Federal Credit Union, a Fitchburg-based financial institution. According to the Worcester Business Journal, the retail center benefits from long-term leases, with Starbucks and The UPS Store each operating under 10-year agreements that include multiple renewal options. IC Federal Credit Union has a 20-year lease with options to extend its tenancy for an additional 20 years. All three leases include scheduled rent escalations over their terms.
The Worcester Business Journal reported that Hollis financed the acquisition with a $3.6 million mortgage provided by IC Federal Credit Union.
Construction on the approximately 1.4-acre retail property began in 2024 and was completed in 2025, according to the report. The plaza is situated in a commercial corridor near a Walmart Supercenter.
Lynnfield-based Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller in the transaction, with Robert Horvath and Todd Tremblay serving as listing brokers.
According to the Worcester Business Journal, the City of Leominster assessed the property at approximately $1.69 million for 2026.
