BURLINGTON, Mass. — KeyPoint Partners has been selected by SJC Ventures to provide property management services for Midlothian Depot, a newly constructed grocery-anchored retail center in Midlothian, Virginia, expanding the firm’s managed portfolio.

The 87,363-square-foot retail center is anchored by Whole Foods Market and will be managed by KeyPoint Partners’ Bowie, Maryland, office. The assignment marks the latest collaboration between the Burlington-based commercial real estate firm and Atlanta-based SJC Ventures.

William Lawler, partner and director of Property & Asset Management at KeyPoint Partners, said the new assignment continues the firm’s relationship with SJC Ventures and reflects confidence in KeyPoint’s property management capabilities.

With the addition of Midlothian Depot, KeyPoint Partners now manages nearly 23 million square feet of commercial real estate across more than 325 properties in 14 states.

SJC Ventures develops grocery-anchored retail centers, mixed-use projects, and multifamily communities throughout the eastern United States, with a focus on institutional-quality real estate assets.

Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, KeyPoint Partners provides commercial real estate services including property and asset management, leasing, investment sales, and consulting for retail and mixed-use properties across the country.
