SALMON’s food sourcing partnerships include and exclusive food service program with Medway Community Farm for daily orders of fresh vegetables and fruit to reduce waste; a sustainable seafood sourcing program with Red’s Best to track the catch from source to table; and a partnership with The Best Bees Company who will sustainably produce and bottle raw honey from two hives located onsite at the Medway property to be used in various recipes, syrups, and drinks.

SALMON at Medway is the only independent living and assisted living community with such programs across all of New England.

Founded as a skilled nursing center in 1952 by Dan and Helen Salmon, today, the third generation of the Salmon family runs the region’s only complete care continuum—from active living to hospice care, and everything in between.

SALMON at Medway is the organization’s newest community opening in summer 2021, offering active independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
