CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.— LoveShackFancy, the global fashion and lifestyle brand founded by Rebecca Hessel Cohen, will open its first Massachusetts location at The Street Chestnut Hill in spring 2026, property officials announced Wednesday.
The new store will introduce the brand’s signature aesthetic—vintage-inspired femininity, romantic detailing and whimsical design—to the Greater Boston market. Founded in 2013, LoveShackFancy has built a devoted following for its ruffled dresses, lace accents, signature bows and floral prints, along with fragrance, accessories, children’s collections, home décor and limited-edition collaborations.
The Chestnut Hill location is designed as an immersive retail experience, featuring layered textures, florals and the brand’s signature fragrance throughout the space. Interactive elements will include fragrance testing, monogramming and embroidery services, as well as curated gifting displays intended to create a distinctive in-store experience.

LoveShackFancy plans to host seasonal activations and special events after opening, including mother-daughter experiences, bridal styling sessions, trunk shows and holiday-themed gatherings.

The boutique will be located at 27 Boylston St., Suite 27-260, next to Mejuri and Onyx Boutique. It will join a growing roster of fashion and beauty tenants at The Street, including CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty, Reformation, ALO, Winston Flowers and WHEAT, along with upcoming additions such as Jones Road Beauty, The Tox and Pure Glow.
