WARWICK, R.I.Wilder has entered into a strategic partnership with Mark T. Brennan & Co. to oversee leasing efforts at Warwick Mall, a long-established retail center in Rhode Island.

Under the agreement, Wilder will take on leasing responsibilities aimed at strengthening the mall’s tenant mix and supporting its long-term growth as retail dynamics continue to evolve.

“We’re thrilled to work alongside Mark and his team as we enhance the merchandise mix and strengthen Warwick Mall’s position for decades to come,” said Jonathan Kaplan, Executive Vice President of Leasing at Wilder. He added that the firm expects the property to remain a key destination in the regional market.

Warwick Mall has long served as a central shopping, dining, and entertainment hub for Rhode Islanders. The property features a lineup of national retailers, including Macy’s, Target, Jordan’s Furniture, Nordstrom Rack, JCPenney, Apple Cinemas, and Old Navy.

Wilder said the center’s established tenant base and strong customer loyalty position it well for continued leasing momentum despite broader shifts in the retail sector.

“Our team knows this property well, and we see tremendous potential to build on what’s already there,” said Andy LaGrega, Principal at Wilder. “We’re looking forward to driving fresh leasing activity, strengthening the merchandising mix, and supporting Mark’s vision for the future.”

For Mark T. Brennan, a principal owner of the mall, the partnership reflects both a strategic move and a continuation of the property’s legacy as a second-generation family-owned asset.

“Wilder brings a deep understanding of retail, strong relationships, and a proven track record,” Brennan said. “We’re excited for what this collaboration will bring.”

Wilder said it will immediately begin pursuing new leasing opportunities and refining strategies to ensure Warwick Mall remains competitive as a leading retail destination in the region.
