BOSTON — The ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston will host its annual Networking & Fundraising Event on Thursday, June 4, 2026, bringing together architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) professionals to support student mentorship, scholarships, and workforce development initiatives across the region.

The event will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Artists For Humanity and is expected to convene industry leaders, mentors, and sponsors for an evening focused on networking and fundraising in support of the program’s mission.

Now in its 19th year, the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston provides high school students with free, after-school exposure to careers in architecture, construction management, engineering, and the skilled trades. During the 2025–2026 program year, 158 students from 39 high schools across Greater Boston completed the program, working alongside industry professionals on real-world design projects.

The organization also marked a record scholarship year, awarding $279,000 to 32 graduating seniors at its annual Student Showcase. Since 2015, ACE Greater Boston has distributed more than $2 million in scholarships to support students pursuing careers in the built environment.

“As we celebrate another year for ACE Greater Boston, our community continues to play a vital role in expanding opportunities for high school students,” said Kristen Hurley, executive director of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston. “This event brings together industry partners who are not only supporting students, but actively helping shape the future of the architecture, construction, and engineering workforce. The support generated through this event allows us to sustain and grow the program each year.”

“The future of the architecture, construction, and engineering industries depends on the talent we invest in today,” said Justin MacEachern, vice president at Gilbane Building Company and board member and fundraising committee co-chair of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston. “ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston is creating meaningful pathways for students to explore these careers through hands-on mentorship, real-world experiences, and critical scholarship support.”

Organizers said proceeds from the June 4 event will directly fund year-round programming and scholarships, ensuring the program remains free for students across Greater Boston. Industry participation and sponsorships continue to play a central role in sustaining and expanding the initiative.

The program is supported by a wide network of industry partners, including firms across architecture, engineering, and construction sectors, as well as foundations and public agencies.

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities for the June 4 event remain available as the organization prepares to bring together one of its largest annual gatherings of industry professionals and supporters.
