BOSTON– WS Development has joined Fenway Sports Group Real Estate and ’47 Brand to announce a newly formed partnership to redevelop multiple sites in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood currently owned by FSGRE, a subsidiary of Fenway Sports Group, and the D’Angelo family, owners of the Red Sox Team Store on Jersey Street and ’47 Brand.
The new joint venture will redevelop several sites totaling approximately 5 acres within close proximity to Fenway Park located on Jersey Street, Brookline Avenue, Van Ness Street, and Lansdowne Street while respecting the historic fabric and character of the area around Fenway Park. The development review process is expected to kick off later this year.
