IFMA Boston CFM study hall series

join IFMA Boston for the CFM study hall series tentatively set to start on Tuesday, April 29th, focusing on the 11 competencies of the CFM Certification Exam. This is a self-study support group, guided by IFMA Members who have passed the CFM exam. A study guide set will be loaned to all attendees to use during the duration of the course.  We will ask for the set to be returned at the end of the course.  Dates and topics subject to change. This study hall will occur online via Zoom from 6-8 PM each Tuesday evening.

Week 1 – Intro/Practice Exam
Week 2 – Communication and Quality
Week 3 – Emergency Preparation & Business Continuity and Technology
Week 4 – Environmental Stewardship & Sustainability and Operations & Maintenance
Week 5 – Real Estate
Week 6 – Human Factors and Leadership and Strategy
Week 7 – Finance
Week 8 – Project Management/Practice Exam (Week 9 will be determined based on the class)
