WOBURN, MA – Woburn’s dining scene will soon welcome a celebrated name in local Italian cuisine. North Shore favorite Teresa’s has leased 12,500 square feet at the landmark TradeCenter 128 business and technology campus.

Renovations are currently underway, and Teresa’s Ristorante is expected to open this spring. The space features large dining and bar areas, three private function rooms, and an outdoor patio. Teresa’s will offer lunch, dinner, and bar service as well catering and takeout.

Co-founded in 2007 by Nick Yebba, Sr. and Nick Yebba, Jr., Teresa’s Hospitality Group owns and operates three additional full-service restaurants in North Reading and Middleton. The new Woburn location, 400 TradeCenter Drive, was a longtime Strega branded restaurant, up until its closure at the end of 2022.

“When it came time to expand to a new market, we knew we’d need a convenient and prominent location with an upscale-casual feel,” said co-owner and CEO Nick Yebba, Sr. “Cummings was able to quickly deliver: Woburn is a great central location, and you can’t beat TradeCenter 128’s highway access and visibility.”

John Halsey and Steve Cusano of Cummings Properties worked directly with Teresas’ ownership on the lease.

“As one of the North Shore’s preeminent restaurant groups, Teresa’s will be a highly valued amenity in the community, and especially for employees and visitors at the hundreds of businesses located at TradeCenter 128,” said Cusano.

“The new location’s ample function space and picturesque outdoor area make it an ideal venue for Teresas’ award-winning special event services,” added Halsey.

Cummings’ flagship campus, TradeCenter 128 directly fronts I-95 and is one mile from the I-93 interchange. Anchored by Middlesex County Superior Court, it offers first-class fully built out and build-to-suit space for a wide range of commercial uses, including corporate offices, law offices, laboratories, healthcare facilities, retail storefronts, and executive suites. The campus features numerous amenities, including a children’s day care center, dry cleaner, barber shop, hair salon, and multiple fitness services. Teresa’s Hospitality Group was founded “for the love of food and family” by entrepreneur Nick Yebba, Sr. and his son, executive chef Nick Yebba, Jr. The brand includes four family-owned and -operated restaurants: Teresa’s Italian Eatery, in Middleton; Teresa’s Prime Steakhouse and Teresa’s Grille Nineteen, in North Reading; and Teresa’s Ristorante, in Woburn.
