Burlington, MA – Burlington Mall is expanding its offerings in 2025 with the addition of ten new stores and restaurants. These new arrivals will further enhance the mall’s already diverse mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options, with even more exciting developments on the horizon.

For those seeking something sparkly, the popular jewelry chain Kendra Scott is scheduled to open in late Spring next to J.Crew. Started in 2002 by founder Kendra Scott, the jewelry line is known for its vibrant and unique designs. Evereve, a clothing retailer that carries a curated assortment of 150+ of your favorite brands and hires trained stylists to help you feel and look your best will open early summer. Rowan, known for providing a safe ear-piercing experience by licensed nurses for all ages, from 2 months to over 100 years old, will arrive this summer.  Pacsun, inspires the next generation of youth, building community at the intersection of fashion, music, art and sport, is also coming in late spring.

Whether you’re craving a sweet treat, looking for a unique dining experience, or in need of a quick bite, Burlington Mall will soon offer even more delicious choices, starting with Ten One Tea House, a premium milk & bubble tea shop, expected to open in late spring in the LensCrafters wing. For those looking for an after-dinner treat, the popular ice cream parlor chain Van Leeuwen is expected to arrive in mid-summer, located on the first level next to Legal Sea Foods. Beloved for its delicious, artisanal ice cream, Van Leeuwen has a mission of making good ice cream that makes you feel good. Visitors will also be able to check out the new Dining Pavilion additions Tobu and Sergeant Burgers, both arriving in the summer.

Previously announced ChoCho Hot Pot is set to arrive later in the year in the LensCrafters wing. J7 Adventureland, a new indoor play area that will feature an arcade and unique birthday party experiences for kids of all ages, will arrive early summer 2025. Additionally, Verizon Wireless relocated from its longtime location in the lower level near Arhaus to the lower level next to Milton’s in early February.
