WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that it recently negotiated the sale of a 5,870-square-foot industrial/flex building in Burlington, MA.
Highline Construction purchased the building at 215 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, MA, for $1.82 million. The property was sold by Hamel & McAlister.
R.W. Holmes Vice President Mike Ogasapian represented the seller and directly procured the buyer.
“215 Middlesex had several suitors throughout the marketing process that needed a standalone building of this size,” said Mr. Ogasapian. “We have seen a high demand for flex/industrial users under 20,000 SF looking to own along 128’s central corridor.”
215 Middlesex is the third recorded sale in Burlington of a building under 10,000 SF to trade over $300/SF in the last 2 years. The building featured a loading dock and 13’ clear height in the warehouse area. Highline Construction will use the building for its operations as a high end home builder serving the Greater Boston area.
