WALTHAM, Mass. — Formerly the Executive Director of Waterstone at Wellesley, Kristine Tilton has been named the new Vice President of Operations for Waterstone Senior Living, with senior living communities currently located throughout Boston and Wellesley and new communities under development in Stamford and White Plains.
Tilton will now be responsible for the operational oversight of all current and future communities while leading our teams to ensure they continue to deliver the lifestyle, services and hospitality that Waterstone communities not only excel in but are known for.
