BOSTON — DREAM Collaborative, a 100% minority-owned architecture, planning, and real estate development platform, has announced its leadership team for 2026 as the firm enters its next phase of growth and positions itself to tackle increasingly complex, community-focused projects.

Founded in 2008, DREAM Collaborative said the new leadership structure is intentionally designed to respond to nationwide challenges including housing shortages, aging institutional facilities, gaps in healthcare access, climate pressures, and more complicated funding environments. By integrating development strategy, capital alignment, business development, architectural delivery, and adaptive reuse under a single platform, the firm aims to guide projects seamlessly from initial vision through execution.

“As our work continues to expand locally, nationally, and globally, this integrated leadership model allows us to deliver complex, community-embedded projects without sacrificing design excellence, accountability, or long-term impact,” the firm said in a statement.

At the helm is co-founder and Managing Principal Greg Minott, AIA, LEED AP, who leads DREAM’s development strategy, capital partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience, Minott focuses on aligning design vision with financial feasibility, public funding structures, and durable community outcomes across urban mixed-use, residential, and adaptive reuse projects.

Co-founder and Principal Troy Depeiza, Assoc. AIA, oversees business development and client relationships. Depeiza, who has nearly 30 years of industry experience, is responsible for cultivating partnerships with public agencies, institutional owners, private developers, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to advance complex projects across multiple markets.

Rania Qawasma, LEED GA, serves as Senior Director of Architecture Practice, providing strategic oversight of design excellence, technical rigor, and project delivery. With more than two decades of experience, Qawasma leads DREAM’s design culture, strengthens architectural standards, mentors project leaders, and ensures quality and consistency across the firm’s portfolio, with a particular focus on equitable and sustainable community-centered and affordable housing.

Leading the firm’s adaptive reuse efforts is Thea Massouh, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Director of Adaptive Reuse. Massouh brings more than 20 years of experience transforming existing and historic buildings into high-performing, future-ready environments, balancing preservation with sustainability and innovation to extend building life cycles and strengthen the communities they serve.

Together, the leadership team reflects DREAM Collaborative’s unified approach to architecture, development, and planning—an approach the firm says is essential to delivering impactful, client-centered solutions for public, private, and institutional clients in an increasingly complex built environment.
