BOSTON— Copley Place, Boston’s premier luxury shopping and dining destination, is set for a transformational redevelopment that will introduce a new lineup of internationally acclaimed retail and restaurant brands to the Back Bay.

Simon®, the real estate investment trust that owns the property, announced plans to redevelop the former Neiman Marcus space into a multi-level luxury destination designed to elevate the center’s already high-end mix of fashion and dining.

The project will bring Casa Tua Cucina, the Miami-born Italian culinary marketplace, to Boston. Known for its open-kitchen concept and globally inspired cuisine rooted in Italian heritage, Casa Tua Cucina offers a vibrant, immersive dining experience. Also joining the redevelopment is Estiatorio Milos, the internationally recognized Greek seafood restaurant founded by Costas Spiliadis. Milos is celebrated for sourcing fresh seafood and produce from fishermen and farmers across Greece and the Mediterranean, delivering a refined yet approachable dining experience.

Additional luxury boutiques are expected to be announced at a later date.

“Copley Place has always been Boston’s most exclusive luxury destination, located in the heart of the thriving Back Bay,” said Mark Silvestri, President of Development at Simon. “By introducing these globally recognized brands and iconic dining concepts, we’re taking an already exceptional experience to an entirely new level. No other location in the market delivers this caliber of luxury in one place.”

The redevelopment will complement Copley Place’s existing luxury roster, which includes first-to-market Dolce & Gabbana, expanded FENDI and Tourneau locations, and the recently opened LOEWE. Simon said the additions are part of a broader effort to further position the property as Boston’s leading destination for luxury retail and culinary excellence.

Construction is expected to begin later this year and will include an architecturally redesigned exterior. Openings will occur in phases, with new retail, dining and wellness concepts anticipated to debut in 2028.
