BOSTON–Concierge Home Sales, a full-service company with a holistic approach to preparing a home for market, announced the addition of Wendy Matthew to their growing team of real estate professionals.
CHS is the brainchild of realtor Irene Kerzner of Hammond Residential, recognized as one of “Boston’s Top 20 Brokers.” Teamed with Heidi Wells of Silk Purse Design, they saw a gap in the market for an all-in-one luxury service that caters to the complete process of selling a home.
Catering to the Brookline, Newton, Metro West and Boston communities, CHS’ distinctive services optimize every step of the real estate process – whether it’s selling or buying. With 98% of properties selling for over asking price within the first week of being on the market, the results speak for themselves.
“We are thrilled to have Wendy join the Concierge Home Sales team,” states Irene Kerzner, Founder of CHS. “As CHS continues to produce great results, I am excited to start 2020 by expanding the CHS team. With Wendy’s skills and experience, she’ll be a valued addition to the evolution of CHS.”
