NEWTON, MA—Boston Real Estate Times announced that Bill Manley, founder of Calare Properties, which has acquired 17.5 million square feet of properties representing $800 million in transactions, will speak at the Boston Real Estate Times Developers Summit on May 16 at Newton Marriott Hotel in Newton, MA.
Calare Properties is a private real estate manager and operator focused on acquiring warehouse, manufacturing, research and flex/office commercial real estate.
Also speaking at the summit will be Richard Robinson, a partner in Nordblom Company whose role is identifying, understanding and securing multifamily investments and developments.
Mr. Manley founded Calare in 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of Calare’s business, including acquisitions, asset management, and the coordination of key business functions across the company. He is the chair of the firm’s Investment and Senior Management Committees.
Before founding Calare, Mr. Manley served for five years as Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate at REON Broadband. Prior to REON, he founded New England Commercial Realty Advisors in 1991. Bill graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
