BOSTON– JLL and Griffith Properties announced that AllScripts has signed a 44,000-square-foot lease renewal at One Burlington Woods in Burlington, MA. The lease extension and expansion allows the leading healthcare technology company to continue its growth in the Greater Boston region.

One Burlington Woods is a high quality 116,494-square-foot first-class office building with premier visibility. The three-story best-in-class asset recently underwent an extensive renovation and modernization program including: new expanded windows, a new exterior entry, modernized lobby, floating glass staircase, cafeteria, conference center, and upgraded bathrooms. Located directly off I-95 and Route 3, the property is next door to the Marriott Burlington, and within easy walking distance of the upscale Wayside Commons and Burlington Mall.
AllScripts joins several other high-profile companies in Burlington like Endurance International, NETSCOUT, 128 Technology, Black Duck Software, Philips, and Charles River Technology, among others, who have all experienced significant organic growth in the last three quarters.
