CAMBRIDGE, MA— Global fashion house Zara has officially opened the doors to its brand-new, two-level store at CambridgeSide, bringing a tech-forward, immersive shopping experience to Greater Boston. Featuring both Women’s and Men’s collections, the spacious location adds a fresh, modern energy to the reimagined CambridgeSide shopping center.
Designed by the Zara Architecture Studio, the new store is a visual and experiential upgrade. Shoppers are welcomed into a space defined by neutral tones, natural textiles, and minimalistic design, creating a sleek yet inviting atmosphere that puts the fashion front and center.
But it’s not just about aesthetics—technology takes a starring role. Zara’s CambridgeSide location blends digital convenience with in-store engagement. Customers can browse real-time in-store inventory, locate specific items with ease, and even pick up online orders within just two hours. An online order pickup silo and assisted self-checkout area add speed and efficiency to the shopping experience.
The store also reflects Zara’s commitment to sustainability. Customers can responsibly dispose of packaging at a cardboard recycling station or extend the life of garments through a clothing collection container available in-store.
“We are thrilled to welcome renowned fashion brand Zara to CambridgeSide,” said Melissa LaVita, Regional Marketing Director. “Shoppers will love the new location with two expansive levels of women’s and men’s fashions. Zara at CambridgeSide is a beautiful and substantial addition to the Boston retail scene and is simply not-to-be-missed.”
Zara joins a growing roster of dynamic retailers and restaurants at CambridgeSide, which continues to evolve into a vibrant, multifaceted destination. The new store arrives alongside CanalSide Food + Drink, an energetic food hall featuring 13 unique eateries and a waterfront bar.
Whether you’re a longtime Zara fan or a first-time visitor, the new CambridgeSide location promises a redefined shopping experience that’s modern, efficient, and fashion-forward—a welcome addition to the heart of Cambridge.
