Hudson, NH – Prolman Realty, Inc. has announced the sale of the commercial property at 11 Executive Drive to W.H. Bagshaw Co., Inc., marking a significant expansion for the long-standing precision manufacturing firm.
The transaction was confirmed by Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, who represented the buyer, while Nick Biedron and John Harris of Binswanger represented the seller, Semikron Danfoss, Inc.
The property spans 55,595 square feet across two buildings—a 37,610-square-foot front building and an 18,935-square-foot rear building—situated on 5.01 acres.
According to Adria Bagshaw, Chief Validation Officer, and Aaron Bagshaw, Chief Visionary Officer, W.H. Bagshaw Co. will be utilizing the front building to manufacture precision components using CNC equipment, serving industries including medical, aerospace, defense, and high technology.
Founded in 1870, W.H. Bagshaw is one of the oldest precision manufacturing companies in the United States and is continuing to grow with the support of strategic property acquisitions.
Financing for the $6.8 million purchase was provided by Enterprise Bank, under the leadership of Deb Novotny and Peter Rayno, in conjunction with the Business Finance Authority.
Legal counsel and closing services were handled by Attorney Kelly Shanahan of Dalton & Finegold, LLP. The transaction was recorded with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds.
