U.S. Bank adds Hofstetter to its Real Estate Structured Finance Division

BOSTON–U.S. Bank has added longtime Boston-area commercial real estate banker Alex Hofstetter to its Real Estate Structured Finance Division.

Hofstetter will help expand the bank’s CRE repo and warehouse lending offerings.

With nearly 25 years of CRE experience, Hofstetter has deep expertise in underwriting, structuring, origination, and capital markets, along with a specialized focus on data center lending.  Hofstetter joined U.S. Bank from JPMorgan Chase and previously served CRE clients from Boston to NYC as part of Citizens Bank from 2014-2024. Prior, he held CRE roles at Bank of America in various geographies, including the Boston area, for 14 years.
