LAWRENCE, MA – The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has successfully brokered the sale of 20 International Way, Lawrence, MA, a 29,842-square-foot building situated on over seven acres of land, for $5.25 million.
The buyer, Impact Church, was represented by Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company and Ellen Garthoff of Prescott Advisory. Kevin Malloy of Avison Young represented the seller, JJD, in the transaction.
According to Micah Stubblebine, “Impact Church will establish a new location in a facility that has substantial infrastructure ideally suited for a church.”
