BOSTON — The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman has officially expanded into New Hampshire with the addition of real estate professional Adam Pettitt and the inclusion of the luxury residential project LOOKOUT Lake Winnipesaukee in the team’s growing development portfolio.
The expansion marks a significant milestone for the Boston-based luxury real estate group led by brothers George Sarkis and Manny Sarkis, as the company strengthens its presence across the Northeast luxury housing market.
The 48-unit LOOKOUT Lake Winnipesaukee development, located in Laconia overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee, is projected to generate more than $40 million in sales. According to the company, the community is already nearly sold out, with only five residences remaining.
The Sarkis Team, which has closed more than $1.5 billion in sales, is currently ranked the No. 1 real estate team in Massachusetts by MLS. Company leaders said Pettitt’s addition represents an important step in the team’s long-term regional growth strategy.

The project is being developed by The Maggiore Companies, a New England-based developer with more than five decades of experience in construction management and property development.
Current listings at the community include a residence at 36 Vantage Point Drive, Unit 2, priced at approximately $1.029 million, and another at 53 Broadview Drive, Unit 2, listed for $779,900.
