Beverly, MA – SV Design announced the promotion of Kristin Landreth to senior project manager, interior design and the addition of project managers Jessica Cross, AIA and Katlin Osborn to the firm’s commercial and multi-family team.
Jessica Cross, AIA, Project Manager, Commercial Architecture
Jessica has worked as lead designer on many community space, fitness center, workplace, life science, and real estate development projects from programming through completed construction. Since joining SV Design, she has worked on multiple YMCA and affordable housing projects where her time management skills, efficiency, and technical knowledge consistently result in successful outcomes.
She is a highly motivated, natural leader who loves the creativity involved in beginning the conceptual process all the way to final designs. Jessica has managed project teams of various sizes and enjoys the collaborative process of addressing challenges with creative design solutions to exceed client expectations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Roger Williams University. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, three-year old identical twin daughters and Boston terrier, Frankie.
Kristin Landreth, Senior Project Manager, Residential Interior Design
Kristin Landreth was promoted to senior project manager, interior design. Kristin joined SV Design in 2021 as project manager on the residential interior design team and now currently leads interior design projects based out of the firm’s Beverly and Winchester offices.
Her passion for interior design lies in helping clients create environments that perfectly suit their everyday lives and needs. To Kristin, interior design is about people, relationships, and designing spaces where clients feel their most comfortable and will enjoy for years to come.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University and has thirteen years of experience ranging from high end residential interior design, kitchen and bathroom design, and custom furnishings.
Kristin calls Middlesex County home with her husband, young son, and Corgi. In her downtime, she explores creative hobbies like cabinet making and DIY home improvement.
Katlin Osborn, Project Manager, Commercial Architecture
Katlin is a project manager on SV Design’s commercial and multi-family team with over ten years of experience. Her background includes commercial, corporate, and retail projects with a focus on multi-family interiors. Since joining SV Design, she has worked on a number of affordable housing and YMCA projects and strives to develop thoughtful and functional solutions that create a lasting experience for the end user. Katlin finds the approach to design an exciting endeavor and enjoys the process of searching for creative resolutions to unique problems.
Katlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art and a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland. Originally from Maryland, Katlin now calls New England home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending her time on the North Shore beaches with her husband and two children.
