NEWTON, MA–Boston Real Estate Times announced that Michael Gordon, Vice President of Planning and Development at EPOCH Senior Living, will speak at the Boston Real Estate Development and Investment Outlook Summit on Sept. 25 at Newton Marriott Hotel in Newton, MA.
“Senior housing has emerged as an important segment of the Boston development and real estate market, and we wanted to have an expert from this sector on our panel,” said Upendra Mishra, publisher of the Boston Real Estate Times. “We are thrilled to add Mr. Gordon as a panelist.”
Mr. Gordon joined EPOCH Senior Living in 1998 where he is responsible for the company’s acquisition and development activity. He has actively participated in 12 ground-up developments and his responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying and securing development sites, financial modeling, market demand analysis and investor relations.
Mr. Gordon has over 20 years of senior housing industry development experience. He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.B.A. from Bryant University
Currently, there are more than 240 assisted living residences in Massachusetts, providing over 15,000 apartment units and serving over 16,000 residents, according to Massachusetts Assisted Living Association, known as Mass-ALA.
