ANDOVER, Mass. – JLL announced that Boston-based SciAps, Inc. signed a lease to relocate and expand its operations to a 30,808 square foot high-tech office and manufacturing space at 6 Riverside Drive, a recently renovated 77,000 square foot Office/R&D facility in Andover, Massachusetts, owned by Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation.
SciAps is currently located and will be moving from Woburn.
