BOSTON — The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy announced the return of its signature Food Truck Program for the 2026 season, marking its 17th year of bringing rotating local food vendors to downtown Boston’s public spaces. The program, presented by M&T Bank, will once again activate The Greenway with a mix of returning favorites and new culinary offerings.

The season features an expanded roster of food trucks and dessert vendors designed to enhance the visitor experience across The Greenway, a central corridor that connects neighborhoods and attracts both residents and tourists. Organizers say the program continues to serve as a platform for small food entrepreneurs while creating a shared public gathering space in the heart of the city.

“M&T Bank is proud to support the Greenway’s Food Truck Program, which brings great local food and a sense of community to the heart of the city while helping small businesses thrive,” said Jeff Carpenter.

This year’s lineup introduces seven new vendors, including an expanded focus on desserts with additions such as Crepe Shop, Daddy’s Fried Dough, and Noonan Concessions. Haitian cuisine vendor Lordya Gourmet joins the program as Boston prepares for international visitors ahead of the FIFA-related match between Haiti and Scotland on June 13. Si Cara Pizzabar will also introduce on-site pizza ovens at Dewey Square Plaza on Thursdays and Fridays, offering a new live-cooking experience for visitors.

Returning vendors include long-standing participants such as Cookie Monstah, Chicken & Rice Guys, Moyzilla, Sweet Bubble, and Gogi On The Block, some of whom have been part of the program for more than a decade.

“Each season, the Food Truck Program helps activate the park as a place where families, friends, and neighbors can enjoy the outdoors while supporting local businesses,” said Ruby Maute.

The Food Truck Program will anchor a broader slate of 2026 programming on The Greenway, including the Greenway Food Truck Festival and Greenway Fitness Festival on May 30, Truck and Tractor Day on August 7, and a fall festival later in the season. Additional cultural programming includes Jazz in the Park, the Asian Food Festival, Chinatown Main Street Summer Festival, Films at the Gate, and the Boston Local Food Festival.

The Conservancy is also highlighting continued investment in park infrastructure and visitor experience improvements, including updated lighting and pathways in collaboration with MassDOT, new landscaping funded by the Plymouth Rock Assurance Foundation, and additional seating enhancements supported by the Greenway Business Improvement District.

“With so much happening across the city this year, The Greenway is a perfect place to pause, gather, celebrate, and take it all in,” said Eileen Ong.

Seasonal amenities will include returning beverage gardens operated by Night Shift Brewing and Boston Harbor Distillery, as well as the Greenway Carousel and the Somerville Flea–operated Artisan Market.

Organizers say the expanded offerings are designed to strengthen The Greenway’s role as a central gathering space during a busy 2026 calendar of citywide events, offering food, culture, and public programming in one accessible location.
