BRAINTREE, MA—Richard Robinson, a veteran of multifamily investment and development, has joined Braintree, MA-based John M. Corcoran & Company as Vice President of Acquisitions.
“I am excited to be working with John M. Corcoran & Company, a multi-generational company that is now managed and led by the third generation,” said Mr. Robinson. “As Vice-President of Acquisitions, I will source development and acquisition sites in New England, including Connecticut.”

Prior to joining Corcoran Management, Mr. Robinson served as a partner in Nordblom Company where he played a key role in identifying, understanding and securing multifamily investments and developments.
Mr. Robinson’s unique expertise comes from the deep relationships with owners and a long-term knowledge of the best markets and opportunities for residential development and acquisition, having spent the last 27 years in the New England apartment market.
For the last 12 years, he has expanded this knowledge and experience into North Carolina. His experience comes through having worked on 80+ transactions and developments, worth over $1.5 billion.
