CBRE Multifamily Group Sells Alta Easterly for $55 Million

Boston – The CBRE Capital Markets team announced the sale of Alta Easterly located at 1100 Cricket Lane in Walpole, Massachusetts, for $55 million.

CBRE multi-housing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, and procured the buyer, Audubon Capital. The property has been rebranded Audubon Easterly.

“We are pleased to have completed the sale of Alta Easterly on the behalf of the seller,” said CBRE’s Butler.

“The community was exceptionally well executed by the seller and should provide Audubon with superior returns as a result,” said CBRE’s St. John.

Alta Easterly is a 157-unit apartment community located in Walpole, Massachusetts. Delivered in 2018, the property is comprised of three four-story residential buildings. The unit mix includes 57 one-bedroom, eight one-bedroom with den, and 92 two-bedroom units, with an average unit size of 948 square feet. Alta Easterly is located proximate to the intersection of Interstates 95 and 93, providing direct access to Boston.
