WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, today announced that the firm recently brokered the sale of a 35,000-square-foot industrial/light manufacturing building in North Andover, MA.
Located off Route 114 In North Andover, 165 Flagship was built in 1992 by United Plastics
Fabricating for its manufacturing operations. The buyer of the building is Legends Gymnastics, a local gymnastics academy with deep roots in the North Andover community.
R. W. Holmes, President Garry Holmes, Vice President Mike Ogasapian, and Senior Vice
President David Gilkie represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“We could not be more thrilled for Legends,” said Mr. Ogasapian. “We had been searching the Merrimack Valley for a building to purchase for over a year. Legends is an organization with generational ties to North Andover and 165 Flagship will be an excellent location for many years for them.”
