MIDDLEBORO, MA–The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of 48 Leona Drive inMiddleboro, MA, for $3.5 million.
Chris Michniewicz, James Stubblebine, and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company
procured the Buyer, 48 Leona, LLC and represented the Seller, Miroj, LLC in this transaction.
The property includes 26,000 +/- SF of industrial warehouse space.
