WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that it recently negotiated the sale of two office condos in Concord, MA.
The two condo units located at 12 Pond Lane were bought by 12 Damon Hill EV-3 LLC. The seller was Kenneth Anderson. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
R.W. Holmes Associate Bradley Sampson represented the buyer in the transaction. Tyler Spring of Omni Properties represented the seller.
Known as the Damon Mill Square Condominium complex, the building is located one mile from downtown West Concord. This former textile mill was renovated and converted to condominium ownership and now serves as home to many small professional and medical office users.
