WINCHESTER, Mass.— A light manufacturing property in Winchester has changed hands in a $4.075 million transaction brokered by R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate.
The 18,500-square-foot building at 10 Lowell Ave. sold for $4,075,000, or approximately $220.27 per square foot, according to the brokerage firm.
R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the seller, RJC Van Stry Realty Trust, and also procured the buyer, Pierce Property Services Inc.
The acquisition provides Pierce Property Services with an opportunity for future expansion, Gilkie said.
The property has since been listed for lease and is being marketed to a range of potential industrial users. Gilkie said the building’s features, including a loading dock, a ground-level overhead door and heavy electrical power capacity, make it well suited for a variety of light manufacturing and industrial tenants.
