BOSTON– Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced that Patrick Keefe has joined the firm as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in its Boston office.
Mr. Keefe has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and joins HFF from M&T Bank where he was a vice president – relationship manager.
Prior to M&T, he held similar roles at First Niagara Bank and TD Bank and was involved in nearly $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions during this time. Mr. Keefe began his commercial real estate career as a financial analyst intern at CBRE Global Investors.
He is a program committee member for REFA and is a council member on ULI’s Housing and Economic Development Council. Mr. Keefe received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College and received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University.
