New 5,100-square-foot center on Gill Street will provide applied behavior analysis therapy for children and young adults.
WOBURN, Mass.— Applied ABC, a national provider of autism therapy services, is expanding into Massachusetts with a new behavioral therapy center in Woburn.
The company has leased 5,100 square feet from Cummings Properties at Gill Street for its first brick-and-mortar location in the Commonwealth. The center is scheduled to open this fall and will provide individualized, family-centered applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults from birth through age 21.
Founded in 2014, Applied ABC currently provides home-based ABA services in 26 states and operates center-based therapy locations in Arizona, Georgia, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina. The organization is accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence and is a member of the Council of Autism Service Providers.
Cummings Properties Leasing Director Steve Cusano said the Gill Street location was selected because of its accessibility for families throughout the region.
“Located just off Interstate 93 and Route 128, the new Woburn facility offers convenient access for families traveling from throughout greater Boston and the North Shore,” Cusano said.
Cusano represented Cummings Properties in the lease transaction and worked with Applied ABC to customize the space for its clinical operations. The lease includes a custom interior buildout completed by Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams.
Applied ABC joins a growing group of healthcare and human services organizations located on Gill Street and throughout Cummings’ Woburn portfolio. Nearby providers include NuPath, Seem Collaborative, Thom Mystic Valley Early Intervention, Youth Villages and other behavioral health and wellness organizations.

The new Woburn location will mark Applied ABC’s entry into the Massachusetts market as the company continues expanding its network of autism therapy services.
