KILLINGLY, CT – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of 90 Wauregan Road, a 103,084-square foot net-leased property located in Killingly, CT.
Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office, said the asset sold for $2,400,000.
Harrison Klein, Senior Associate, in collaboration with Laurie Ann Drinkwater, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Investments, and Seth J. Richard, First Vice President Investments, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Harrison Klein, Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth J. Richard.
John Krueger, Regional Manager of the Manhattan office, assisted in closing this out of state transaction.

The proximity to many east coast cities makes this an ideal location for manufacturing.
