BOSTON–KS Partners has promoted Todd Greenfield to Senior Vice President and Director of Development.
Greenfield will continue to oversee all capital projects throughout the company which owns and manages approximately 5 million square feet of commercial properties throughout New England.
Greenfield’s focus will be on the company’s life science projects that include proposed ground-up developments of R&D labs, along with numerous office-to-lab conversion projects, in addition to a number of proposed cGMP developments.
