Boston— Colliers announced that Executive Vice President Kristin Blount has been honored with the Service Provider of the Year Award by CoreNet Global New England Chapter, recognizing her leadership and impact in the commercial real estate industry.
Blount, a member of Colliers’ Urban Brokerage team, brings more than 30 years of experience and has completed over $4 billion in leasing transactions. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including corporations, institutions, and property owners, and is known for aligning real estate strategies with broader business objectives.
In addition to her client work, Blount has played an active role within CoreNet New England, contributing to the Real Advantage Committee and helping organize industry events, including the upcoming Eastern Regional Symposium in Boston.
She has also been involved in academic and community initiatives, including leadership roles with Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston College, where she has supported mentorship and networking opportunities in the real estate sector. Her philanthropic efforts include work with organizations such as Casa Myrna, Heading Home, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
