LYNNFIELD, Mass. — Conduent Inc. has renewed its lease for 164,095 square feet at 66-70 Broadway in Lynnfield, extending a relationship with the property that dates back nearly three decades.
Combined Properties Inc., which owns the Lynnfield complex, announced the lease renewal, noting that Conduent and its predecessor companies have occupied space at the property since 1996.
Conduent provides digital infrastructure, transaction processing and customer support services to large private-sector companies and government agencies.
The renewed lease encompasses a combination of office, production and warehouse space, making the property an unusual offering in the North Shore commercial real estate market.
“We are excited to continue our relationship with Conduent and we look forward to their continued success in this unique asset,” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties.
Located approximately 16 miles from Boston’s Financial District, 66-70 Broadway includes 102,400 square feet of air-conditioned office and production space and 61,695 square feet of high-bay warehouse space.
According to Combined Properties, the combination provides tenants with both traditional office and operational space within the same complex.
The renewal continues Conduent’s long-standing presence at the Lynnfield property, where the company and its predecessor organizations have been tenants since 1996.
