BURLINGTON, MA — KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been awarded the Property Management contracts for four retail centers in New Hampshire, according to William Lawler, Partner/Director of Property & Asset Management for the firm. The contracts were awarded by KGI Properties, LLC.
The portfolio includes Mountain Valley Mall and Fairways Plaza, a combined 272,000 SF of retail featuring Lowe’s, Hannaford, PetSmart, and Michael’s, located on Route 302 in North Conway; Hooksett Commons, a 540,000 SF power center featuring Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Dollar Tree, and Petco, located at Exit 10 on Route 93 in Hooksett; and Mountain Valley Plaza, a 100,000 SF center on Route 16 in Gorham, anchored by Tractor Supply, Dollar Tree, and Peebles.
