NORWELL, MA — Habeeb & Associates Architects announced that the firm has expanded their number of locations, and have hired three new team members.
They have opened two new offices recently, one in Worcester, MA in 2017, and just last month, a Rapid City, South Dakota office. Founder and President, Steve Habeeb states, “We are extremely excited and proud that our success as a firm has allowed us to expand both within Massachusetts and to the Midwest.”
In order to support the growth of the firm and maintain the high standards of client satisfaction that Habeeb & Associates Architects is known for, the company has added three new team members:
- Jeffrey M. Puleo, AIA, LEED AP. Jeff has been named Principal-In-Charge of Operations. With more than 25 years of architectural experience, he will devise and implement the operational roadmap by which the firm will continue to grow. He will also be responsible for assuring the quality of H&A projects and that they adhere to the high standards of our clients. As a senior team member, he will provide architectural guidance to the project managers. He received his B.S. in architecture from Roger Williams University.
- Marion B. Roosa. As Marketing Director, Marion will utilize her 15 years of expertise to develop and implement digital and traditional strategies that propel the firm into new markets and further current ones. She previously held marketing positions at Trimble, Inc., and Trade Service. She earned an MBA from Saint Martin’s University.
- Eric Kuhlmann, AIA, LEED AP. Eric brings over 18 years of experience to the firm in his role as Project Architect. His expertise at managing the preparation of construction documents, plans, specifications and other project deliverables assures accuracy in our technical details. Building code, general law, and agency regulations are another area Eric excels in, which serves to foster professional growth in the architectural team he leads. He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Buffalo.
Founded in 1998, H&A is an architectural firm headquartered in Norwell, MA that specializes in architecture, planning, and design within the public and private educational, state/municipal, and commercial/retail markets. Founder and President Steven C. Habeeb, AIA, has over 40 years of architectural experience and leads the mid-sized firm whose capabilities include new construction, renovation/repair, and master planning services.
