PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Gale Associates, Inc. has expanded its regional footprint with the opening of a new office in Providence, Rhode Island, further strengthening the firm’s presence across Southern New England.
The new office is located at The Foundry, a nationally recognized historic landmark and one of Providence’s most distinctive commercial campuses. Situated near downtown Providence, the train station and major highway connections, the location is expected to enhance Gale’s accessibility and service capabilities throughout Rhode Island and the broader region.
“We are excited to expand our presence in Rhode Island with an office that reflects both the character and accessibility of the Providence market,” said Steven Marshall, Managing Principal of Gale Associates. “This location allows us to better serve our clients while continuing to strengthen our relationships throughout Southern New England.”
The Providence office will be led by Jason Wagner, AIA, BECxP, LEED AP BD+C, who joins the location as Senior Project Manager. Wagner brings more than 30 years of experience in architecture and building enclosure consulting, specializing in building enclosure evaluation, design, energy conservation, peer review and building enclosure commissioning.
Company officials said the new office supports Gale’s continued regional growth strategy while providing a convenient and collaborative location for both employees and clients.
Located within The Foundry campus at 275 Promenade Street, Suite 135, the office offers proximity to Providence’s business district and transportation infrastructure, positioning the firm to better serve institutional, commercial and public-sector clients across the state.
Gale Associates is headquartered in Rockland, Massachusetts, and provides engineering, architecture and building enclosure consulting services throughout the Northeast and beyond.
